Our prices vary from $000 to $0000 per week. The price is determined by the size of the room as well as its facilities. Prices are based on a 52 week / 1 year (minimum) lease agreement. Shorter stay rates are also available on application.

Included in the price are electricity and gas for lighting, hot water and cooking in common areas. Lighting and electric for individual rooms are charged via a pre-paid card to avoid wastage and expensive sharing of electricity with other tenants.
